The Food Safety Summit offers attendees food safety education to do their jobs with greater knowledge. Bringing together over 1,000 food processing, retail, foodservice, academic, military and government professionals, the Summit provides a forum for openly discussing current issues, policies, crisis management, and best practices in food safety. With three certification programs, 15 specialized breakouts sessions, six interactive and relevant half-day workshops, a keynote address from Oscar Garrison of the Georgia Department of Agriculture and a Town Hall with the USDA and FDA, the Food Safety Summit has a great deal to offer anyone involved in keeping food safe for consumption.
